"Implants 101- The Basics"

This course will cover all the basic information relating to dental implants. It will include the history of dental implants, types of dental implants, and restorative components. It will also cover general indications and criteria needed for successful implant therapy.

"Implant Treatment Options: Surgical & Restorative"
Dealine to register: June 23, 2019
WARNING: THIS COURSE WILL CONTAIN SURGICAL PHOTOS/VIDEOS.
This course will discuss different surgical treatment options for patient missing one or several teeth. The surgical process, including tooth extraction, socket preservation, healing time, and implant placement will be covered. Restorative solutions will also be discussed, including full arch rehabilitation.

"Implant Assessment & Maintenance"
Dealine to register: September 1, 2019
This is a crash course in assessing and maintaining dental implants after they've been restored. Special focus will be placed on early detection of peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis. Furthermore, current recommendations for debriding dental implants during the prophylaxis or periodontal maintenance appointment will be addressed. Finally, we will pe into a modern look on home care instructions for patient with dental implants.

"Implant Complications & Treatment Options"
Dealine to register: November 3, 2019
This course will cover the etiology of implant complications as well as treatment options. Discussion of when to salvage an ailing implant versus removal including descriptions of surgical and restorative options will be addressed.
